1. Terms of user consent
By leaving their data on the website sitara-hotel.ru through feedback forms, bookings, service requests, or newsletter subscription, the User grants consent to its processing by OOO «Lira» (address: 170002, Tver Region, city of Tver, 1st Trusova St., 33).
The User confirms that:
- all data provided belongs personally to them;
- they have carefully reviewed this Agreement in full;
- they grant Consent to the processing of personal data without reservations or restrictions;
- they act freely, of their own will, and in their own interest.

- registration address and place of residence;
- contact phone number;
- email address;
- employment information;
- other personal data specified in the site forms.
3. Processing purposes
- responding to user inquiries and requests;
- ensuring the operation of the site and user services;
- concluding and performing the service agreement with the user.
4. Personal data operations
Processing of personal data includes the following actions: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification, retrieval, use, transmission, depersonalization, blocking, deletion, and destruction.

6. Consent revocation
This consent is valid indefinitely and may be revoked by the User by submitting a written application to the email address: info@sitara-hotel.ru. When consent is revoked, the hotel may continue processing data in cases provided by Federal Law №152-FZ.
7. Amendments to the agreement
The hotel reserves the right to make changes to this Agreement. The new version comes into force from the moment of its publication on the site.
