1. Online booking
- Payment is made by bank card on the hotel website via the online booking service.
- Accepted cards: Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron, Maestro, MIR, UnionPay.
- To pay, you need to enter your card details on the secure page of the OOO NKO «YooMoney» payment gateway. 3D-Secure technology is supported for additional verification.
2. QR code payment
- The «Direct Sale» rate applies when paying via QR code (SBP — Russian fast-payment system).
- At least 50% of the accommodation cost is paid — depending on the season and number of guests.
3. On-site payment
Made in cash or by bank card at check-in at the reception. All major payment systems are accepted.
4. Bank transfer for legal entities
Payment is made in 100% volume at the Direct Sale rate. A contract, invoice and closing documents are provided upon request at info@sitara-hotel.ru.
5. Payment amount and deadlines
- Non-refundable rate — 100% of the accommodation cost is paid.
- Direct Sale and Online Sale rates for individuals — at least 50% of the accommodation cost is paid.
6. Booking cancellation under «Online Sale» and «Direct Sale» rates
- Free cancellation is provided 5 days before arrival.
- When cancelling less than 5 days before arrival, the cost of the prepayment and additional services is withheld.
- Penalty for cancelling a long stay booking: an amount equal to the cost of one night is withheld.
7. Non-refundable rate
In the event of cancellation or no-show on the non-refundable rate, the full amount of the booking and additional services is withheld.
8. Early departure
- For a one-night booking, payment is not refunded.
- For bookings of two nights or more, a refund is possible if a written application is submitted before 21:00 on the arrival day.
- After 21:00 on the arrival day, in case of early departure, the amount taken at check-in and the cost of the following night are withheld.
9. Cancellation process
A written notice must be submitted by email to info@sitara-hotel.ru indicating:
- guest's full name;
- booking number;
- stay dates;
- reason for cancellation.
10. Refund of funds
The refund is made depending on the method of the original payment:
- Bank card — refund to the same card from which the payment was made.
- Cash — you need to indicate in the application the bank card details of the person in whose name the booking was made.
- QR code — refund to the same settlement account from which the payment was made.
11. Application review period
The refund application is reviewed within 10 working days.
12. Refund period
The actual refund may take up to 30 banking days — this depends on the client's bank policy.
