1. General provisions
Acceptance of this offer takes place by clicking the «Pay» button or by completing a booking. The person who has performed the acceptance is hereinafter referred to as the «Customer».
The Customer confirms the full and unconditional acceptance of all terms of this agreement. The agreement cannot be revoked and does not require seals or signatures — while retaining full legal force.

2. Subject of the agreement
This agreement governs the paid provision of hotel services (accommodation and related services) in accordance with the terms posted on the website. The Customer accepts the terms and pays for the services in accordance with the agreement.
3. Payment for services
- The cost is determined according to the current prices on the website.
- The cost of the service may be changed by the Contractor unilaterally — new prices take effect from the moment of publication.

4. Intellectual property
Textual information, graphics, photographs, design and other content on the website are the property of the Contractor. Any use without written consent is prohibited.
5. Special terms and liability of the parties
- The Contractor is liable for the quality and timeliness of services provided that the Customer complies with the applicable requirements.
- The Contractor is not responsible for the quality of public communication channels through which access to the website and services is provided.
- The parties are released from liability in the event of force majeure circumstances: actions of state authorities, natural disasters, strikes, etc.
6. Confidentiality and personal data protection
- The Contractor undertakes not to disclose the Customer’s information, except in cases required by law.
- Information about IP addresses is not used to identify the Customer.
- The Contractor is not liable for information provided by the Customer in a publicly accessible form.

7. Claims and dispute resolution procedure
- Claims are accepted by e-mail within 1 business day from the moment the dispute arises.
- The Contractor has the right to request supporting documents from the Customer. If the documents are not submitted within 1 business day, the claim will not be considered.
- The parties are obliged to apply a pre-trial settlement procedure. If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute is referred to the court at the location of the Contractor.
8. Miscellaneous
- The Customer has all the rights to enter into this agreement.
- The Customer may unilaterally refuse services of the Contractor at any time. Upon refusal the payment is not refunded, but may be transferred to another service.
- The Contractor reserves the right to change the terms of the agreement by publishing the changes on the website.
- In the absence of direct regulation, the legislation of the Russian Federation applies.
- A court ruling on the invalidity of any provision of the agreement does not entail the invalidity of the remaining provisions.
